Generation, payment and refund terms

Version dated 19 October 2026. These terms apply to the CreoPrompt image generator and generation packs. Creative Typography and the Designer Pack are separate products; their prices do not include image generation.

1. Service provider

Nikita Vyacheslavovich Khrapkov, Russian tax ID 270326173520. Self-employed under the Russian professional income tax regime, without individual entrepreneur registration. Region: Krasnodar Krai, Russia.

2. Service and prices

Create an image from a text prompt or a prompt with one source photo using GPT Image 1.5. Each pack is a one-time purchase for the stated number of standard-quality square images (1:1). A successfully completed image uses one generation. Photo processing costs the same as text-only generation.

No subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased generations do not expire. Packs belong to the purchasing email account and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, without affecting your right to a refund of unused services.

3. Order and payment

Sign in with an email code, select a pack and confirm that you have read these terms before paying. The contract is concluded upon successful payment. Prices are stated in Russian rubles. Robokassa processes payment on its own page; CreoPrompt does not collect your card details. Available methods are displayed by the payment provider. Foreign-card availability depends on the issuing bank and enabled methods; your bank determines conversion and any bank fees. Checkout remains unavailable until payments are enabled. A receipt is sent to the purchase email as required by law.

4. Delivery and use

After the payment provider confirms payment, generations are automatically added to the account that placed the order, normally within a few minutes. If they are missing after 24 hours, contact support for the purchased pack or a refund for the undelivered service. No physical delivery or delivery fee applies.

Enter a prompt, optionally add a photo, confirm transmission for processing and start generation. Processing may take several minutes. Download the result from the interface. Files remain available in your private history for 24 hours after the request. Expiry of a stored file does not restore a used generation.

A confirmed technical failure without a result restores the reserved generation. If a request status is uncertain, we check the existing request and do not automatically submit another paid request. If no result was delivered, we restore the generation or refund the corresponding amount.

5. Inputs and results

Only submit content you have the rights and legal basis to share. Do not upload third-party personal data without a lawful basis, identity documents, health information, payment details or other confidential data. Illegal content and attempts to bypass service protection are prohibited. Prompts and source photos are transmitted to the connected model provider named before submission. See the privacy policy. We do not publish your inputs or results or use them in advertising without separate permission.

AI output can contain text, detail and composition errors. An exact match to a reference is not guaranteed. You may use results in personal and commercial work subject to third-party rights and applicable model-provider terms. We do not guarantee exclusivity, uniqueness or that no similar output exists. This does not limit statutory remedies for defective services.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel the unused part of a pack. The refund is calculated as: amount paid ÷ generations in the purchased pack × unused generations, rounded to kopecks. For example, a Mini pack with two of 12 generations used has RUB 124.17 refundable. We do not separately deduct payment-processing fees from this refund.

Email creoprompt@yandex.ru from your account email and provide the order number or payment date if known. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling unused services. Do not send passport details, CVV or a full card number. We request only information needed to locate the payment and process the lawful refund. We review the request and issue an applicable refund within 10 calendar days after receiving the request and necessary payment information, using the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Refunded generations are removed from the balance. Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective or undelivered services, remain unaffected.

7. Availability and changes

An internet connection and a modern browser are required. Generation may pause during maintenance or provider outages. If we cannot continue providing the service, we refund the unused balance. Price changes apply to new purchases and do not reduce previously purchased packs. Contact support with disputes; this does not prevent you from contacting courts or competent authorities.
